Terms of Service
Effective date: 13 July 2026 · Applies to kloudops.co and app.kloudops.co (and workspace subdomains)
These terms are an agreement between you (the organisation or person using KloudOps) and Kurela Cognisive Pvt Ltd. By creating a workspace or using KloudOps you accept them. We have kept them short and in plain language on purpose.
1. The service
KloudOps is a multi-tenant CRM and operations platform — leads, pipeline, accounts, contacts, support tickets, tasks, projects, dashboards, and related tools, configurable per industry. We continuously improve the service; features may be added or changed over time.
2. Your account and workspace
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Workspace owners/admins control who has access to their workspace and with what role.
- Provide accurate signup information and keep it current.
3. Your data stays yours
- Everything your team stores in KloudOps belongs to your organisation. We claim no ownership of it.
- We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You can export or ask for deletion of your workspace data at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use KloudOps to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or store content you have no right to store;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk communication;
- attempt to breach, probe, or overload the platform, or to access another workspace's data;
- resell the service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we do.
5. Free trials
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial — full features, no card required. We remind you before it ends; workspaces not upgraded are suspended automatically and, after a holding period, deleted along with their data.
6. Fees, cancellation and refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) in INR through Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes such as GST are applied as required by law.
- Cancel anytime from your workspace settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where the law requires or where we failed to provide the service. If we ever charge you in error, we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep KloudOps available around the clock and deploy without downtime, but no online service can promise 100% availability. Planned maintenance and rare incidents can interrupt access. Support is available through the in-app support option and the support form.
8. Optional AI features
Some features use an AI model to summarize or suggest (clearly marked ✨). They run only when a user clicks them, and their output is a suggestion — a human should review it before acting. AI processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows: KloudOps is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using KloudOps and ask us to delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate with notice if you materially breach these terms and don't remedy the breach.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update this page, note the new effective date, and announce significant changes inside the app.
